RANGEWORTHY U18 4 CHIPPING SODBURY TOWN U18 4 Rangeworthy took an early lead in this local derby with Chipping Sodbury when after 8 minutes Oskar Earp scored and 2 minutes later they increased this lead as Charlie Parsons, assists by Jamie Hill & Emilio Lewis, found the back of the net. With the half hour approaching Rangeworthy went into a 3 goal lead when Jamie Hill, assist by Emilio Lewis, scored and Chipping Sodbury, who had not been beaten in the League this season, must have been wondering what had hit them. However the situation was soon to get better for Sodbury before half time when Ross Womack struck twice within 6 minutes to bring the score back to 3 – 2 to Rangeworthy when the half time whistle was blown. Within 2 minutes after the start of the second half Chipping Sodbury equalised when Ross Womack struck again for his hat trick and his team’s third goal and minutes later he was again on target to score his fourth goal and put Sodbury in the lead for the first time. Rangeworthy were not to be outdone and battled back and with 10 minutes of the game left to play Jamie Hill equalised, giving both teams a nail biting end to an interesting game.
